CONFIDENCE WON'T SUBSTITUTE COMPETENCE.

I have always admired people with confidence and have sense of believe in themselves . People that have good attitude and disposition to life . I discovered to excel in life , you need more than confidence. 
Beyond your Confidence you need Competence.Confidence can't substitute for Competence .

If you think you can do something that is Confidence. If you do it that is Competence..

When a company or organisation want to hire you, they need Competence. Someone that can do a job or task.
A person that have amass knowledge, skills and expertise and can provide solution to a problem.

If you lack Competence , you remain unemployed.
Your competence would determine how much of value you can contribute to an organisation. 

You must intentionally search for how to can build your competence and improve yourself..

Your Competence would influence your networth. 

A company pays you according to the level of your Competence. 

A Neurosurgeon will earn more than an average Medical Doctor because of his Competence to solve a particular need.
